This is not a first time that HP service like going to hell. I feel very bad for their service after I brought some of their products.
HP is a brand that I love the best since I am in High school (over 5 years ago) with reference from my friends. I brought some their products because I feel that their engine seem to be good. However, I found some issued that they never service back with their fault.
In my house, has iPAQ HP5450, HP Inkjet A3 Color Printer 1880c, HP Inkjet 920c, HP Photosmart D5360, My notebook HP Pavilion 2518tx and so on.
My notebook have a problem with unstable webcam (Sometime it cannot operate). Random fault memory take blue screen. Touch pad is not stable. Figerprint result in bad with no bugs fixed software update from them. I asked for there support but no any updated from them.
My printer D5360 not support Thai language !!!!. Their driver coded for English language but sell over Thailand. What that mean? There are sometime print incorrect result when try to print in Thai language. I asked them for support but they not provide driver that I participate to test it.
If they dont care after sale service, I will not buy them anymore. HP will not a brand that I prefer to another forever.
